Okay I finally got a decent picture of this! I made this about 8 months ago. It's about 3.5ft X 4.5ft and made up of various silks I dyed by hand, faux fur, tulle, glue-prints, stitched embroidery, etc. Yay I feel so much better now that it's posted.

The pictures which used to be on the bottom are a few close ups because this quilt is so big you can't really see the details in the original photo. But I have added them to my gallery as a separate image because I felt they were distracting to the rest of the piece. You can find them here, because they are great details.

I can't begin to tell you just how proud of you I am! This is amazing! And its a quilt?! <3333333333 Guh you are so skilled in so many things. You are so unbelievably talented in so many ways...you never cease to amaze me. This is spectacular! I remember seeing the Okami-ish patch from a while ago. Glad to see it's found such a gorgeous home! ^ ^

Wow, this looks great. First I thought it was a painting but then I looked closer - and looked at the detail pictures - and I have to say, you really have some talent there. And patience, that must've taken ages.

I really like this, in case you didn't get that yet. =D The colours are great and it's just... Really, I can't even describe it. But what I especially like is the face and hair, since it's so intense, and the red background.

How long did this take you to make?
